Stonemill Farms Phase II Development Park/Greenway Structures

The park structure was constructed in the Stonemill Farms development located in Woodbury. The client and developer of Stonemill Farms, Newland Communities, constructed a series of neighborhood pocket parks interconnected by a network of walking paths and greenways. The park structure is the first in a series of similar structures planned for the Phase II development, and sets a precedent for simple agrarian forms constructed of post and beam framing with a horizontal slat infill reminescent of wood corn cribs..
